Vegan Maple Sugar Pancakes



Use Maple Sugar just like regular white sugar. Substitute 1:1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 2 Teaspoons Canada West Maple Sugar

  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Cup Oat Milk (or other milk alternative suitable for baking)

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Water

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.

  3. Stir in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

  4. Heat a griddle or pan to medium-high heat.

  5. Use a small amount of vegan butter in the pan. Pour approx 1/4 of batter into the hot pan and flip when bubbles appear.
